Members of the Art Cloth Network have combined our two most recent juried exhibitions, "24X80" and "Beyond the Line" into a single show, "Lines and Number," which will hang in the White Space at the Crans Arts Old School during Fiber Philadelphia in the Month of March. I'm am thrilled to have 2 pieces in the show. All of the work is outstanding and I think the show will be an excellent example of art cloth as a medium.

I'm happy to report that I recently learn that my art cloth piece titled "Sedona #1" was accepted into the latest Art Cloth Network juried show, "Beyond the Line." We're looking for a venue and hope to hang the show in 2012. I'm really thrilled to be in this show. I've seen the other work and I'm honored to be in such outstanding company. Here's a link to the work in my portfolio. |

I'm very excited to share the news that "What Remains," the Artists-in-Residence show at the Greenbelt Community Center, has been extended until November 13. The artist reception date remains the same (October 2, 1:30 - 3:00 PM). And, there's discussion about possibly adding a gallery talk with participating artists on Nov 6. |

Things might be a little disrupted for a while, but it's in pursuit of a greater good--I think. I hope to be finished by the end of Sept. |

See "What Remains," the biennial exhibit of new work from the Artists-in-Residence at the Greenbelt Community Center, 8/26 - 10/2. The show includes a new triptych that I just completed called, "Home By Another Way." You can read more about the piece on my blog at russlittle.blogspot.com. |
